About the Role

As Director of IT for Litmos, you will design and develop systems, applications, products, services and data to optimize / automate Litmos' business processes and improve work efficiency. Engage with business stakeholders and other technology teams to deliver solutions to business requirements. Facilitate the system / service / product lifecycle, and ensure stable, secure, performant and high available operations for and between system and cloud services:

What you'll do:

  • Oversee the Litmos IT, including ownership for E2E business applications as well as client & infrastructure services
  • Solution for the business, act as a trusted advisor for the leadership and consult the business and interpret specifications to develop, maintain and support business processes
  • Manage the IT Service Provider(s) and oversee service delivery, including application management services, application development services and user support
  • Focus on business value, user experience, security and compliance and drive related projects


What you Bring:
  • Master's degree or equivalents in Business Administration, Computer Science, Technical Engineering, Economics or related field
  • 10+ years of professional experience
  • Ability to lead & drive to deliver great results
  • Excellent understanding of E2E business processes
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Desire to work in a team-driven and collaborative setting
