About the Role
Weβre seeking a strategic, results-orientedDirector / Head of Marketingto lead our marketing team in driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and market presence across North America. This is a key leadership role where you will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to build a scalable growth engine and strengthen our position in the restaurant SaaS space.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategiesto boost visibility, credibility, and engagement.
β’ Lead multi-channel digital marketing efforts, including SEM, SEO, social media, email campaigns, and website optimization to maximize lead generation and conversion.
β’ Create and manage product marketing assets, such as launch campaigns, case studies, videos, brochures, and sales enablement materials.
β’ Plan and execute co-marketing initiatives, industry events, and PR activitiesto amplify our brand presence.
β’ Build, manage, and mentor the marketing team, while overseeing relationships with external agencies and contractors.
β’ Establish and monitor key marketing metrics(CAC, ROI, MQLs, etc.) and generate performance reports for continuous improvement.
β’ Support Sales with aligned marketing campaignsand implement scalable systems for lead nurturing and conversion.
What Weβre Looking For
β’ 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or POS-related industries.
β’ Expertise in toolslike HubSpot, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
β’ Strong brand-building and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to create differentiated marketing assets.
β’ Leadership experiencemanaging at least a 2-person marketing team and working cross-functionally with other departments.
β’ Fluency in English and Mandarin, with strong writing and visual communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
β’ Annual salary: USD $120,000 β $160,000 (depending on experience)
β’ Performance bonus + equity incentive: 0.25% β 1%
β’ Comprehensive benefits package: medical insurance, 401(k) plan, and an annual training/development stipend
