This role will be located in our HQ in Austin, TX. Our office is spacious, centrally located, dog friendly and always stocked with snacks and cold brew on tap! We offer a hybrid work model, where Billders are able to work from home one day per week
The Role
This role will own our revenue operations vision and execution. The primary focus in this role will be centered around implementing strategies directly related to revenue targets and metrics. Our ideal candidate will have experience in creating scalable processes, solutions, metrics, and insights to support all revenue-generating teams. To do this effectively, you need to have a strong understanding of current CRM best practices and trends, technical background in CRM products, and a solid ability to effectively self-manage priorities. Your work will help guide crucial decisions by providing analytical insights and thoughtful recommendations.
What You'll Do

  • Identify operational issues and design solutions to streamline revenue processes
  • Work closely with our VP of Commercial Strategy to identify opportunities based around sales KPI's
  • Strategize methods to unlock future growth opportunities for the sales organization
  • Maintain clear communication and data visibility across different commercial business units including marketing, sales, and customer success improving existing processes
  • Assist in building on net new processes as we scale (new customer leads, new customer acquisition funnels, growing revenue with existing customers, etc.)
  • Analyze CRM data ensuring integrity while monitoring lead assignment and process gaps
  • Own compensation planning and forecasting
  • Own and define customer segmentation and rules of engagement
  • Track and manage KPIs across Sales, Marketing, and Account Management
  • Develop forecast models and processes that support pipeline health and deal management in conjunction with Sales Leadership
  • Develop internal relationships with business stakeholders (sales, marketing, customer success, IT, product, finance) to keep a pulse on the overall health of the business
  • Help the team to understand the CRM data in front of them, how to use the tools provided most efficiently, and leading the data management of Salesforce records
  • Support annual planning process via reports and models


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of applicable experience
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel (Sumif, Vlookup, and table formulas)
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, self-motivated, and able to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated success with quota, target setting, and compensation design
