The Role, Director of SalesÂ

As the Director of Sales you will oversee a team of Sales Executives, Sales Engineers, and a Sales Admin. You are responsible for ARR growth in the region. You will strive to make your team better by providing excellent coaching and creating a culture of continual development. You will be responsible for making the sales department at SiteDocs a place where Sales Professionals dream of working all over the world.Â

What you will do as Director of Sales:
- Achieve ARR and win % metrics ($6.5M USD ARR)Â
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goalsÂ
- Drive adoption of sales tools and technologies to optimize team performance Â
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients and stakeholdersÂ
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with market demandsÂ
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies proactivelyÂ
- Conducting rep deal review based on insights, leadership request or warning lightsÂ
- Conducting interviews and aligning with leadership on hiring decisionsÂ
- Deploy coaching plans according to warning lights and insights to increase team effectivenessÂ
- Present results to leadership and meet weekly to strategize on priorities and surface insights to SVPÂ
- Complete a minimum of 2 scorecards per rep/week to identify improvements or learningsÂ
- Manage the skills and knowledge certification process for your teamÂ
- Condense and synthesize critical information and make it available to the organizationÂ
- Manages Sales Rep and Sales Engineer workload to ensure efficient handling of prospects Â
Helpful Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven success in scaling revenue in SaaS or high-growth environmentsÂ
- Extensive experience in strategic planning, team leadership, and change managementÂ
- Expertise in managing complex sales cyclesÂ
- Relationship orientated and strong rapport building skillsÂ
- Experience in negotiating and excellent presentation skillsÂ
- Experience creating urgency and educating on a value propositionÂ
- A history of making sales representatives betterÂ
- Previous experience in a high-growth company managing peopleÂ
- Familiar with being accountable to a team target and managing your team’s individual goalsÂ
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft or similar is an assetÂ
- Familiar with how to attract and retain top talentÂ

- Ability to coach sales executives to be better at performing discovery, demos and follow upÂ
- Ability to create accurate revenue projections based on your teams funnelÂ
- You are an articulate and concise communicator.Â
