Purpose

As the head of Kueski’s Talent Acquisition team you are responsible for attracting the best talent possible for the company and ensuring an optimal candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsabilities

  • Partner and collaborate closely with the Chief People Officer executive team and People Success Partners to understand and anticipate talent needs achieve hiring plans improve hiring processes and ensure a phenomenal candidate experience from start to finish

  • Develop and constantly evaluate talent acquisition strategies structure and processes for continuous improvement analyzing and recommending solutions that help make Kueski the top employer in Mexico

  • Scale a high performing talent acquisition organization in a proactive strategic thoughtful and sustainable way

  • Apply creative data-driven techniques to improve all aspects of the talent acquisition process from job creation to pre-onboarding candidates for all functions and at all levels in the company

  • Develop effective and tailored hiring processes for each functional area while also ensuring consistent processes and overall employer brand experience

  • Establish and maintain a machine for strong and diverse talent pipelines and networks of key talent for future opportunities

  • Keep abreast of the most innovative hiring practices tools and technologies and apply relevant improvements to increase our ability to attract talent that is diverse and advances the company’s capabilities for success

  • Manage coach and grow a high performing and agile talent acquisition team that delivers impactful results for the company

  • Partner and collaborate closely with People Operations and other team members to ensure a smooth candidate to employee onboarding experience

  • Work closely with Marketing and Communications to ensure all job postings are attractive relevant engaging and consistent with our brand

  • Ensure our recruitment systems and platforms (e.g. Lever LinkedIn) work effectively contain clean data and have accurate and relevant templates at every stage of the process and at all times

Position Requierements

  • At least 9 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in a high growth digital product environment with at least 2 years of experience leading a talent acquisition team and hiring senior level talent

  • Demonstrated success with various sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles; experience mapping top talent within designated industries / geographies

  • Exceptional talent assessment and interviewing skills for all levels including executive positions; a strong command of assessment and selection methodologies and deep knowledge in closing and negotiation techniques for jobs at all levels including executive positions

  • Experience negotiating with senior level candidates by understanding their needs and motivations for joining a new company and having a thorough understanding of total rewards and other offer negotiation levers

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables with competing demands while being a patient communicative collaborative team player who is data-driven detail oriented and has outstanding communication skills (both written and oral English and Spanish)

  • Extremely professional and operates with the highest level of integrity to serve as a role model leader for the company and to safeguard sensitive and confidential information
