THE JOB
Live Nation is looking for a seasoned Product Management expert to lead the concerts marketing Product Management Office. This role will direct and mentor PMO team in implementing and achieving OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) while delivering first rate service and projects. The candidate will have a proven track record in prioritizing and managing diverse project portfolios while achieving project milestones through completion.

THE JOB
Live Nation is looking for a seasoned Product Management expert to lead the concerts marketing Product Management Office. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
- Build and lead a team of product managers to execute the strategy and deliver against goals
- Lead the forward-thinking research roadmap for concerts marketing product and tech aimed at identifying trends and opportunities to innovate
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for concert marketing products and capabilities aligned to organizational and business goals
- Responsible for portfolio management activities and leads the development of PMO
- Gain a deep understanding of marketing tools and systems, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that support the efficiency of marketing operations and ultimately drive the growth of the LN business
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally (marketing) and with key external (other LNE teams) partners
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business impact
- Develop timelines, prioritize tasks, plan resources, identify risks and contingency plans
- Utilize trends and knowledge of the competitive landscape to identify gaps in the current product
- Develop a sufficient understanding of technical context to help make better, faster decisions, and work closely with engineers on solutions
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
- MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
- Experience with Salesforce, Slack, Asana, Zapier, Lucid Charts and other SaaS software
- Proven work experience in product management
- Proven experience managing a mid-large product portfolio
- Experience in data product management, platform development and data technology
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Experience managing engineering and vendor relationships as well as building out requirements
- Entrepreneurial approach to problem solving and demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Adaptable to changing needs and priorities and can pivot easily to achieve goals and deadlines.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
