Job Description
Director, Technical Project Management - NIKE, Inc.- Beaverton, OR. Drive key programs within the broad Nike Global Technology portfolio by leading diverse cross-function team members to execute complex and strategic programs. Build program management functions and oversee end-to-end execution across multiple parallel program work streams, including risk management, issue/conflict resolution and dependency management. Manage multiple and competing priorities while driving a plan to execution. Assess product specifications and coordinate teams and resources needed to execute those specifications. Lead the program and have oversight of its execution and development. Responsible for the end-to-end timely, on budget technology execution of the Technology program, actively engaging key business and technology portfolio partners to ensure opportunities, risks and issues are understood and addressed. Create and develop product dashboards, portfolio reporting and analysis activities. Partner with senior and executive level internal partners to cultivate collaboration, strategic alignment and integrated planning and execution across all functions. Work closely with the Portfolio, Product, Finance and Strategy functions of Global Technology teams, in addition to the leaders of Global Technology domains. Coordinate with other Technology teams on dependencies across the portfolio. Up to 25% International Travel Required. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.

Must have a Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Engineering and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in an technical-related occupation.
