Distinguished Application & Product Architect - Workplace Technology (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a Distinguished Application & Product Architect to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership Impact: Provide technology leadership and guidance for a talented technical architecture and engineering team, making a significant impact on a global scale.
• Innovative Projects: Drive strategic initiatives that bring cutting-edge improvements to communication, collaboration, and security services.
• End-to-End Ownership: Oversee the complete delivery of IT solutions, from planning to implementation to handover to steady state.
• Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new methods, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborative Environment: Work closely with stakeholders to meet their needs and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and legislation.
• Mentorship Opportunities: Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of ten years of progressive information technology experience in a global matrixed environment, with at least three years in a lead engineering role.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience.
• Strong expertise in IT systems architecture and engineering.
• Experience in leading complex projects requiring specialized technical knowledge.
• Proven ability to make well-thought-out decisions on complex or ambiguous IT architecture issues.
• Experience in coordinating with users to determine requirements and ensuring successful implementation and monitoring of system improvements.
• Recent experience in defining and working within traditional waterfall, Agile, and/or Scrum DevOps environments.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and implement emerging technologies to improve business processes.
