Distribution & eCommerce Leader, China

• Build very strong relationships with local eCommerce and Distribution teams (B2B and B2C), KAMs, local BUs, and all the stakeholders instrumental to drive commercial transformation, develop channels, deploy marketing and digital enablers
• Gain deep understanding of market trends, GTM, value chain, competition, & disruptions to identify key growth opportunities
• Define long-term strategy as well as mid-term commercial transformation strategy in China to support Global distribution and eCommerce strategic ambition and drive profitable growth with existing channel partners as well as new prospects
• Work with country operations to ensure proper allocation of FTE / SFC resources to drive GTM omni-channel transformation, distribution sell-in and eCommerce sell-out ambition, and to ensure organization competency and upskilling
• Prioritize & allocate marketing / demand generation resources across countries, based on commercial strategy priorities
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure widespread adoption of the commercial transformation across regions
• Be the Single Point of Contact for the rest of Global Distribution & eCommerce in face of countries and lead prioritization

Qualifications

• Minimum 10y experience in commercial operations, eCommerce transformation, Channel Marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful growth across China
• Proven track record in building / coordinating high-performing commercial / channel marketing / transformation teams that bring sustainable growth through traditional & online channels
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution industry and digital GTM
• Strong cultural sensibility and exposure / understanding of China as well as other emerging markets
• Proven strength in problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven change management expertise with the ability to lead cross-functional teams through significant transformations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build consensus across diverse senior stakeholders (Global and Local)
