Summary
As Division Director, Innovation and Project Delivery with the US Office of Personnel Management (OPM) you will develop and implement a strategy to improve customer experience delivery, foster innovation, and lead high priority projects across the agency.

- May be required to successfully complete a probationary period

- This position is not eligible for inclusion in a bargaining unit
Qualifications
- Using data-driven insights to identify, prioritize, and develop initiatives to alleviate or resolve customer experience pain points.
- Leading project and change management for cross-functional, enterprise programs to achieve organizational strategic objectives.
- Facilitating conversations with senior executives, agency leadership, and inter-agency partners and stakeholders.
- Generating innovative and creative solutions, including technology-enabled programs, to address organizational challenges AND
- Preparing or reviewing materials to support decision-making and alignment.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
