EVALUATIONS:
Qualifications
Bachelor¿s Degree in Merchandise Management or other related field appropriate to the work of the position and four years of progressive experience which demonstrates in-depth professional knowledge of merchandising, buying, best practice procedures, vendor negotiations, replenishment methods, planning, implementing and ensuring proper inventory levels and stock turns, OR an appropriate combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skill equivalent to that gained in the above, OR appropriate experience that demonstrates that the applicant has acquired the knowledge, skills and abilities equivalent to that gained in the above. Candidate will have excellent leadership and staff development experience. Must have demonstrated track record of problem solving and process improvement. Candidate must possess the ability to function in a collaborative manner with staff at all levels of the organization. Candidate must possess outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal presentation skills.
Eligible for incremental telework as determined by MR/MF policy.
