Draftsman - Pine Bluff Arkansas

ASP Web Solutions, LLC is looking for a Drafter to join our team in Pine Bluff Arkansas. This person will support the Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA) on-site in White Hall, AR with drafting CAD documents.

The ideal candidate has CAD and SolidWorks. He/she is able to create computer generated drawings using computer assisted drafting (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, and Solid Works.

Responsibilities: 

• Documents/Drawings – Create, update and/or modify CAD drawings, to include electrical, mechanical, mechanical equipment, and architectural drawings and uploading them into the drawing database, and Plant Databooks. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis in writing/editing and/or three year's experience in writing/editing or complex administrative type tasks
• In lieu of a bachelor's degree, Technical Writer shall possess 10 years of experience as a Technical Writer.
• Responsible for generating/drafting, updating and/or modifying technical reports.
• Ensure that PBA Production and Standard Distribution Operations have written operating procedures that provide clear instructions for safely conducting activities involved in each process consistent with the process safety information.
• Ensure that SOPs and their accompanying HAs for new products and processes are generated.
• Ensure that SOPS for current Production and Standard Distribution Operations are maintained and updated each year, including incorporation of review comments and approved Management of Change Requests into the SOPs and their accompanying HA(s)

Must be able to pass applicable background investigation.
