celebrated for enabling marketing campaigns on the website that engage our consumers’ and
make them want to be Dr. Squatch fans for life. You’ll be on your toes and ready to take on
some fun new creative marketing campaign tasks to support our integrated marketing strategy.
You’ll be collaborating with our UX & Visual design, our front-end engineering teams and
participate in a dynamic collaborative environment among cross-functional teams that are all
working toward the same mission and the same goals. When your passionate work style and
your supportive team members are aligned to the same outcomes, amazing things happen and
high-fives are abundant.
- We’ll be honest; working on the Dr. Squatch Ecommerce Team isn’t for everyone. We
encourage and expect you to use your expertise, make decisions without a lot of oversight, go
above and beyond to help a teammate, spend time to thoughtfully communicate
asynchronously, and manage your time wisely. If you’re a motivated, humble, and hungry
team-player who’s eager to make a real impact on a growing business, then this role is for you.
- This role will report to the Associate Director, Product Management
- This is a full-time role with company benefits based in Marina Del Rey, CA.Â
- The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $75,000 to $85,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
What You'll Do:
- Start your morning with a shower, duh. Put your Dr. Squatch personal care regimen to
work and come to work feeling fresh & smell’n great. - Fire up that computer and review your Slack, check in on the latest updates to your
marketing projects from cross-functional team members, & review JIRA for the latest
updates from your team on your highest priority projects. - Jump into a stand-up meeting w/ your team and align on top priorities & clear up any
blockers you might have to your key projects . - Dive back into your marketing campaigns and hash out some details! Comb through
your timelines, launch dates and expected due dates for all required sub tasks to bring
marketing campaigns to life and ensure all is on track. - After a quick stretch break jump into an ad-hoc meeting with cross-functional team
members and learn about the latest business objectives that are coming our way. Be
ready to dive into some new ad-hoc projects that you’ll assist the team in bringing to life. - A few Slack messages come through from your various direct and cross-functional team
members, so you take a break from your marketing campaign work to make yourself
available to troubleshoot. - You spend your early afternoon syncing with our design and front-end engineering teams
on what they’ve whipped up to support your upcoming marketing initiatives. You jot down
some notes about how these updates might affect timelines (and you’re already thinking
through some solutions that could help clear any blockers to your marketing launch.) - Mid-afternoon you’ll jump into Shopify and knock-out all your content & catalog related
tasks. Maybe you’ll be building a few new products or bundles that will go live on the
site. You could be updating banner & creative marketing materials to align with
campaigns that are going live from lifecycle & growth teams. - As the day wraps up you’ll take a look at upcoming marketing calendar & start thinking
through what will be most beneficial for the coming day and week to ensure you’re
keeping progress with your highest priority objectives & aligning your calendar to create
space & time to crush your goals!
