Honest’s Digital team is hiring! We’re looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Manager to manage inventory forecasting, promotional strategy, and oversee the successful launch of products on The Honest Company websites and mobile applications. To thrive in this role, you’ll need impeccable attention to detail, a passion for the digital space, and the ability to work successfully in a cross-functional team environment.

What you’ll do:

• Forecast inventory needs for Honest’s DTC business.
• Develop promotional strategy, make sales projections, and estimate dilutions.
• Manage key subscription initiatives for the DTC business (assortment, maintenance, optimization).
• Serve as a key business partner in implementation of loyalty program experience onsite.
• Evaluate new requirements for product launches, defining requirements, business rules, and prioritizing with Engineering.
• Set launch timelines for new product launches and marketing campaign activations on the Honest website and mobile applications.
• Manage multi-product kit offerings, discounting, and launch timing to align with new product launches and marketing support.
• Audit website performance to allocate development resources towards the optimization of high performing experiences.
• Create, prioritize, and manage development tickets related to key business initiatives.
• Ensure stakeholders review product setup pre-launch and obtain any necessary approvals

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree
• 4-5 years of relevant, full-time work experience
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and project management skills
• Passionate about the web, e-commerce, mobile, and the overall customer experience

Bonus points for:

• Forecasting experience
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and optimization
• Experience with JIRA
• Experience with HTML
