Job Description

Winn Companies is looking for an Economic and Strategic Operations Analyst to join our Lowell Regional Office.


In this role, your primary responsibility of working with the Senior Director of Economic and Strategic Operations on various analytical projects that assist toward ensuring the effective execution of key real estate development needs. This entails being integrally involved in all phases of the real estate, to include acquisition, construction through stabilization.


This is a hybrid role that consists of 2 days remote and 3 days in office with typical business work hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5pm.

Responsibilities

  • Support financial and operational planning, budgeting, re-forecasting, data management, analysis and reporting ensuring all internal and external reporting requirements and deadlines are met.
  • Identify and improve financial status of properties by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts, monitoring variances, identifying trends, communicating important findings swiftly and recommending actions to management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with both external and internal client bases to ensure that financial needs and points are understood and addressed timely and effectively.
  • Work closely with various departments in ensuring full data integrity and quality reporting.
  • Provide support, analysis and recommendations on key strategies and initiatives.
  • Identify notable issues and orchestrate resolutions with team members.
  • Complete Ad/Hoc assignments as needed by E/S/D/R/Development team members and Sr Director of Economic and Strategic Operations to include new business development needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics.
  • 1 - 3 years of related work experience.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Previous financial related experience.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks.
  • Ability to adapt successfully to changing situations and environments. 
  • Outstanding leadership skills.

  • RealPage and One Page experience
