Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and follow-up on actions from various functions and departments in EHS improvement activities, rectifications works, accident/incident investigations, and customer's Permit-To-Work systems and local regulations.
- Perform EHS inspections of company operations to ensure compliance and drive continuous EHS improvements.
- Identify and implement periodic EHS performance monitoring and measurements through proactive and reactive methods, such as noise mapping, trade effluent, industrial hygiene, and air emission monitoring.
- Lead and effectively complete EHS improvement activities based on Corporate EHS and site leadership directions.
- Maintain EHS documentation required under the EHS management system, including accident/incident records, chemical inventories, licenses, permits, and MSDS.
- Ensure that systems and procedures within the department are closely in compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards.
- Develop and maintain a country EHS committee in partnership with all collaborators, encouraging an environment of inclusion and collaboration.
- Provide necessary EHS resources and knowledge to site employees through required safety training.
- Conduct monthly Service Safety Meetings and quarterly EHS committee meetings.
- Handle PPE distribution for Field Service Engineers.

Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, preferably in an environmental, health sciences, industrial hygiene, or chemical regulatory field.
Experience and Certifications
- 8+ years of EHS related work experience
- Certified Company Safety Manager.
- Internal Auditing certification.
Competencies
- In-depth understanding of EHS knowledge and practices.
- Outstanding facilitation and leadership skills to involve all functions and levels in improving EHS performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Outstanding planning and organizational skills for effective and efficient execution of EHS activities.
- Solid grasp of business continuity planning and the conduct of exercises.
