Job Description
Your Role:
Participate to the execution of projects with medium complexity supporting the Project Manager in the execution of all related activities in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling targets.
Main Area of Acitivity:
Planning and Scheduling: Defines all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans.
Project execution and control: Support monitors and controls project progress and efficient resource utilization. Monitors and controls project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow. Identifies, qualifies, quantifies and manages risk, and verify that all opportunities are identified and pursued. Captures, analyzes and shares lessons learned throughout the project.

Contract claims and procurement management: Suupport contract and claims management, in accordance with HE policies and contractual agreements. Coordinates with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procures required services, materials and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers. Supports Supply Chain Management in negotiations, claims and project changes.
Health, safety, and environment (HSE): Ensures the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in an engineering field (electrical is preferred);
- Basic knowledge of project management with a focus on EPC/Construction project is an advantage;
- Basic knowledge of Italian utilities / Organization standard is a plus (CEI/Terna/Enel);
- Fluent in English; Italian mother tongue;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and Microsoft Project.
- Felxibility, team work skills, result orientation;
- Proactive and highly organized;
- Available to travel nationally & internationally, as needed (average 20%).
