Electrician Assistant

Philadelphia, PA, USA Job Type Full Time Workspace On-Site About the Role Help electrician complete installations and repairs. Requirements Primary Responsibilities: • Repairs, installs, replaces and tests electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances. • Uses hand tools and testing instruments. • Inspects and tests electrical equipment, lighting, signal, communication, and power circuits. • Replaces faulty switches, sockets, and other elements of electrical systems. • Mounts motors, transformers and lighting fixtures into position and completes circuits according to diagram specifications. • Able to install electrical conduit and wires. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Inspects completed work for conformance with requirements of local building and safety codes. • Requisitions new electrical supplies and equipment. • Drive electrical equipment from site to site Required Skills: • Able to read a ruler and count money • Able to clean and follow directions • Able to complete assigned tasks independently • Prompt and non-confrontational • Excellent hygiene • Valid driver’s license • 18 years of age • Hand tools • Able to lift at least fifty pounds • Current tax i.d. or social security number and proof of employability • High school diploma or GED Position Details Job Title:Electrician Helper Type of Assignment:Permanent Position Type:Full Time - 40 Hours Hours of Work:(Monday-Friday), 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Location:Various Field Locations (As Assigned) Salary:$13.50 per hour About the Company Just It's Electric is looking for qualified professionals to join our team.
