Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This position is onsite in Miami. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns, creating compelling content, implementing drip campaigns, and strategically segmenting our audience. Proficiency in Klaviyo is a plus as you will be leveraging its capabilities to drive engagement, nurture leads, and optimize our overall email marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns.

Develop engaging and relevant content for email communications.

Design and implement drip campaigns to nurture leads through the sales funnel.

Monitor and optimize drip campaign performance for maximum impact.

Strategically segment our audience based on demographics, behavior, and other relevant criteria.

Personalize email content to cater to specific audience segments.

Leverage Klaviyo to its full potential for campaign automation and lead nurturing. 

Monitor key email marketing metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.

A/B test emails and campaigns to continuously improve effectiveness.

Work closely with the marketing team to align email campaigns with overall marketing strategies.

Collaborate with design, content, and other teams to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging.

Perform other duties as directed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.

Hands-on experience with Klaviyo.

Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.

Proficiency in creating compelling and targeted content.

Excellent analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to tailor messaging to different audience segments.

Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in content and audience segmentation.

Ability to think creatively and innovatively to develop unique and effective email campaigns.
