What You'll Do
- Partner with Talent Attraction Leaders, Talent Attraction Partners and Guidewire business leaders in planning and executing employer brand strategy for India namely
- Collaborate with the Talent Attraction team to develop targeted recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Create, manage and promote social media content through copywriting, content schedules, posting, and reporting.
- Partner with engagement platforms such as LinkedIn, Ambition Box, Comparably, Everyone Social, etc.
- Organize and promote events, both virtual and in person.
- Partner with ambassadors to build user-generated content such as employee videos, blogs, employee spotlights, and more.
- Researching and monitoring talent attraction trends, actions, and innovations.
- Shape meaningful stories and turn creative ideas into content that stands out and entices potential job candidates.
- Work closely with external agencies, videographers and photographers, as well as internal teams such as Marketing, PR, Creative, Internal Comms and DEI.
- Lead and contribute to Talent Strategy projects that help us achieve our fast paced hiring goals.

What You'll Bring
- Minimum 3+ years in employer brand, recruitment marketing or corporate marketing with focused projects engaging tech talent, in the Bengaluru market preferably.
- Strong project and program management skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a solid track record of delivering successful talent marketing campaigns and content.
- Ability to work independently, influence and build effective working relationships in a fast paced environment.
- Experience developing content for employee blogs, social media channels, and recruiting events.
- Experience utilizing digital marketing techniques to attract high-quality candidates.
- Must be fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Desired skills for video and photo editing as well as graphic design skills (eg Photoshop).
- Experience using tools like Canva, Bitly, EveryoneSocial, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Vimeo, Adobe experience manager or other content management tools.
- Specific experience developing talent marketing plans for India, South America, and/or Ireland talent markets. Â
