Job Description
We’re looking for a curious, analytical rebel with a knack for copywriting to join us as an Employer Branding Specialist. Come help us build the employer brand for a global video game development company — creators of the Witcher series, Cyberpunk 2077, and Phantom Liberty — and become a part of our diverse and supportive culture.
If you're into games, that's a big plus!
Daily Responsibilities
- Prepare EB content, including social media posts, articles, videos, and other materials, based on the EB strategy.
- Track, measure, and report key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of employer branding efforts.
- Support cross-functional projects and internal HR communications.
- Co-create the social media calendar and strategies to help our channels grow.
- Participate in the development of EB events and campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other RED experts.
- Grow and experiment: we’re open to creativity and innovation—just come and share your ideas!
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in employer branding.
- Fluent English with great copywriting skills.
- Enthusiastic about data-driven employer branding and social media.
- A knack for marketing— being aware what builds a positive image of the company, how to show it off, and where.
- Quick learner and creative thinker, passionate about thriving in fast-paced employer branding environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties.
- Passion for video games.
Nice to have's
- Knowledge of photo, video, and graphic design programs.

- Office-First: working from the Warsaw office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
