THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring an Engagement Specialist to our Wellbeing Engagement team in Buenos Aires! 

This role will join our B2B2C team, responsible for creating communication and engagement campaigns for our existing clients. As a Wellbeing Engagement marketing analyst in this position, you are expected to support the planning team in the construction and execution of proposed actions for top account clients. Understanding client profile together with sales, client success, partners and client internal communication department. This position will work closely to enable and deliver customer engagement actions. YOUR IMPACT

• Deploy Wellhub’s global WE strategy and best practices in the Argentinian market, assuring its correct execution;
• Travel to various locations in Argentina to support onsite activations;
• Set up and manage event booths/tables to showcase Wellhub offerings and benefits;
• Engage with attendees in a friendly and informative manner;
• Educate clients and attendees on Wellhub’s, products and services;
• Collect feedback and insights from interactions to improve future engagements;
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure messaging and branding is consistent for all events;
• Willingness to travel often to client-specific initiatives;
• Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.

WHO YOU ARE

• Good communication skills in Spanish & Advanced English;
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to a changing environment;
• Proven experience in client-facing roles;
• Ability to work at both strategic and execution levels, assuring that things will be done on time;
• Strong organization skills and ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Ability to influence and work with multiple internal and external stakeholders;
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a startup-like environment;
• Self-starter and can work with autonomy;
• Technical Tools: Google Suite knowledge (G-Sheets + GSlides) & JIRA, ZOOM (is a plus);
• Design skills & Previous experience working close to the HR area or with B2B2C events (are a plus).
