Job Responsibilities:

  • A bachelor's degree in electrical / mechanical engineering, cost management, or a related field is typically required
  • Relevant Experience : Minimum 3 to 5
  • Immediate or within 15 days joining preferrable
  • Preferrable candidate: SAP knowledge& worked in US projects.
  • Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for electrical projects, taking into account materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant expenses.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, tracking all costs associated with electrical components throughout the project's lifecycle.
  • Cost Monitoring: Continuously monitor project costs to identify any deviations from the budget and take proactive measures to address them.
  • Procurement Support: Assist in the procurement of electrical materials, equipment, and services, ensuring that purchases align with budget constraints and quality standards.
  • To Review Electrical drawings ,Fire alarm and data Drawings and Prepare the BOM and Budget
  • Cost Control: Implement cost control measures to minimize financial risks and ensure projects remain within budget constraints.
  • RA Bill certification from MEP Sub Contractor for Villas and Factory.
  • Verify the Invoices , as per PO Terms from Sub Contractor and Take Site Confirmation/Planning team before processing for Payment.
  • Prepare measurement sheet & Process the Contractor billing through SAP system
  • Follow up Finance Team for Payment as per PO Terms and Due Dates of Invoices
  • Monitoring the reports of Bill Certifications & PO trackers
  • Coordination with Contractors and Internal team for commercial closure
  • Preparation of MEP Sub Contractor Billing Dash Board , project cost summary, for all Projects, weekly, monthly wise
  • Perform project costing related reporting Cost to Complete to the team and managements review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
  • Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to compare estimated costs to actual costs and provide explanations for any discrepancies.
  • Attend Technical discussion Meeting with Electrical contractor/vendor.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional project teams and stakeholders.

Additional:

  • Flexibility to work during US working hours as and when required for coordination and meetings to accomplish project delivery schedules.
