Your Role and Responsibilities
You will report to Head of IBM Apptio Poland organization and help our leadership team in their daily duties. Youwill become a focal point for all activities related to team’s time tracking. Your responsibilities include but are not limmited to: creation of reports and presentations act as executive assistant to Head of organization schedule and facilitate team meetings drive internal projects preparation of internal communication

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Very good practical knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Experience with graphical tools like Canva
• High attention to details
• Great time management skills
• Very good verbal and written English
• Great communication skills
