Enterprise Technology Consultant Strategist

EPAM is looking for an Enterprise Technology Consultant Strategist to drive EU technology consulting transformation and organization change projects for a large Retail client of ours.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing business consulting services to clients in the Netherlands and potentially Belgium. You will be primarily focused on organizational consulting and consolidation of roles and functions within the European technology management function. The client is aiming to change the organizational structure to support product and platform-oriented organizational design.

• Provide expert advice and consulting services to clients, focusing on organizational change management strategies
• Develop change management plans, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement organizational change initiatives
• Communicate and engage with stakeholders at senior levels to facilitate buy-in and support for change initiatives

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field or relevant work experience
• Fluent English speaker with Dutch being a strong advantage
• Proven experience in business/technology consulting with a focus on organizational and transformation consulting strategy in a large organization
• Excellent understanding of change management methodologies and approaches
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex organizational challenges
• Excellent client-facing experience with the ability to influence and guide management teams on the right solutions combined with a consultative, problem-solving approach suitable to their short and long term goals
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of business
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the project requirements
