Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator

DWL Architects + Planners, Inc. is seeking an entry-level marketing coordinator for their Phoenix, Arizona office.This is NOT a remote position.The ideal candidate, working under the Marketing Manager and closely with Principals/management staff, will be responsible for supporting the marketing functions of the firm. Successful candidates must be able to thrive in a deadline-oriented setting with a strong ability to multi-task in a team environment.To be considered, please submit writing and graphic design examples with your resume. Education and Qualifications Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs, specifically InDesign and Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels of the organization in a fast-paced and collaborative environment • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under deadlines • Outstanding attention to detail, both visually and graphically, and strong proofreading skills • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently • Eager to learn and can quickly pick up new concepts • An interest in social media marketing • Superior writing skills, including the ability to craft a story in a compelling manner, is preferred but not required • Strong graphic design background and experience in WordPress is preferred but not required Responsibilities: • Track RFP/RFQs and manage the entire proposal process to ensure the delivery of high-quality proposals, from the go/no go process to strategizing and developing quality proposals and presentations • Work collaboratively with Principals, senior staff, subconsultants, contractor partners and other marketing team members • Design, write and produce proposals, presentations and other marketing collateral in alignment with brand standards • Maintain marketing database for the firm’s projects and resumes and a repository for other key proposal elements • Assist with photo shoots for staff and projects • Assist with social media and website efforts in collaboration with the Marketing Manager • Perform multiple marketing efforts within deadlines To be considered, please submit writing and graphic design examples with your resume.
