Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2 at Erlanger in Chattanooga, TN. This is a Day Shift position (6:30-3:30pm) with coverage of every third weekend/and every third holiday.This position will assist the Operations Manager in leading the Day-to-Day operations of the Environmental Services department by overseeing a team of 60 housekeeping staff. It will also be responsible for maintaining payroll records, and schedules. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.

What You'll Do

We are looking for a candidate who:

• has very strong floor care experience
• is a leader who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service and the technical execution of a health care housekeeping system;
• has 1-3 years previous custodial or housekeeping management experience in a hospital or health-care environment;
• is proficient with computers and other technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving client and patient experience scores
• Provides a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff
• Works with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director
• Effectively manages the Unit Operating System
• Supports a diverse and inclusive workforce.
