Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in New York City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Marsh McLennan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced EPM Analyst to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative group of professionals in an inclusive and innovative culture. You will have exposure to key stakeholders and senior leadership, along with a flexible, hybrid work schedule and competitive compensation.
We will count on you to:

Implement and configure EPBCS/PBCS or Hyperion Planning or Essbase Applications, including building metadata, designing web forms, conducting data reconciliation, and automating business rules.

Gather business requirements, design and prototype solutions, conduct testing, provide training, and implement robust and scalable solutions.

Demonstrate proficiency in creating member formulas and complex business rules, including custom consolidations and dynamic calculations.

Build integration artifacts in Cloud Data Management and FDMEE, utilizing Python Scripts for automation.

Conduct comprehensive testing and prepare deliverables such as design documents and training materials while collaborating with clients to provide effective solutions.
What you need to have:
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing EPBCS/PBCS or Hyperion Planning or Essbase Applications.

Strong functional knowledge of financial systems and processes, with a deep understanding of accounting principles (GAAP, GASP, FASB, FASAB).

Proficiency in EPBCS Standard dimensions, member formulas, and creating complex business rules.

Experience in building integration artifacts in Cloud Data Management and FDMEE using Python Scripts.

Excellent Excel and VB Scripting skills, along with strong oral and written communication abilities.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $62,600 to $125,200.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
