Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Equipment Maintenance Manager located in Juarez, South .

Reporting to the Manager role involves Directs activities of personnel engaged in the troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance of manufacturing equipment in order to attain goals consistent with cost, quality, and delivery requirements.

What a typical day looks like:

• Directs daily department activities in order to maximize equipment utilization, quality and support production needs.
• Establishes preventative maintenance schedules,
• Controls spare parts and consumables needed to perform corrective or preventive maintenance.
• Forecast capacity on all PCBA fabrication equipment.
• Forecasts operating costs of department and directs preparation of budget requests.
• Reviews and establishes material, equipment, and manpower resource requirements.
• Coordinates maintenance activities with other functional groups such as engineering and operations. Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the departmental function.
• Administer safety programs in order to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees.
• Generates maintenance logs and other operations metrics.
• Generates data and trends to improve MTTR, MTTF on equipment under scope
• Administers safety programs to maintain a safe and clean workplace for employees.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• . Expert on hardware, software, programming, calibration, refurbish and preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of all SMT equipment, especially on P&P machines (ASM desirable) , PTH ( Wave solder, selective solder), terminal insertion, radial, axial, press-fit automated equipment, conformal/RTV dispensing equipment.
• Able to analyze high data quantity and interpret behaviors to prevent and predict malfunctions on equipment
• Proficiency in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes.
• SMT machine programming
• Previous management experience demonstrating leadership skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in English
