ERP Project Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP Project Manager & Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, project management, and business analysis. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to drive successful ERP implementations and optimize business processes. Key Responsibilities: • Lead ERP implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications. • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and addressing any issues that arise. • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance ERP system functionality. • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of ERP systems. • Monitor and evaluate the performance of ERP systems, making necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency. • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues, working closely with IT and business teams. • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting project status, risks, and opportunities. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience in ERP project management and business analysis. • Strong understanding of ERP systems, including Epicor • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Preferred Skills: • Certification in PMP, CBAP, or related credentials. • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in ERP systems. This job equally operates in a production and professional office environment. The environment will include wet or humid conditions (non-weather related), extreme cold and heat (non-weather related), working near moving mechanical parts or equipment. Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Regularly lifting and/or moving up to 30 pounds. Physical requirements further include the ability to engage in productive and collaborative communication and may need to be performed during non-standard hours, including nights, weekends and possibly holidays.
