• Provide technology design and development expertise and consultation, in the development, integration, launch, scaling, and maintenance of new and existing products and solutions
• Promote use of innovative new technology and best practices for solution development initiatives
• Identifies key application design patterns and standard application frameworks
• Provide design directives to junior software developers, including how to construct and integrate software, in order to meet all functional and non-functional requirements
• Clearly describe fine-grained components, application programming interfaces and frameworks (development and runtime) of a system based on requirements

##LI-DNI

 5+ years strong experience on Siebel EIM, SQL & PLSQL.
 Hands on experience in Data Integration and configuration.
 Hands on experience in OEDQ Oracle Enterprise Data Quality and ODI - Oracle Data Integrator or Siebel UCM is a plus.
 Strong understanding of Siebel Architecture and Siebel Data Model.
 Strong understanding of relational database concepts.
 Hands on experience on any ETL or ELT tools.
 Hands on experience in Siebel configuration and Workflows.
 Knowledge on Oracle SOA.
 Ability to support and monitor production data loads and real time integrations
 Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
 Ability to communicate effectively with business users, managers, peers and project teams,
 Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients and across multiple initiatives.
 Should have passion to learn and implement new technologies
