Your Role and Responsibilities

* Support the Field Marketing team in local campaigns and events to promote IBM solutions and services;
* Collaborate in the planning and execution of marketing strategies;
* Assisting in the analysis of metrics and campaign performance reports providing insights for optimization;
* Supporting the creation and adaptation of marketing content (emails presentations social media posts etc.);
* Participation in the organization of events webinars and conferences from logistics to post-event;
* Interfacing with sales teams and partners to ensure that marketing actions are aligned with commercial objectives;
* Monitoring competition and market trends to identify opportunities and threats;
* Carrying out market research and helping to identify new clients and market segments

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
*Undergraduate degree in Marketing Communication Administration or related areas;
* Verbal and written communication skills;
* Ability to work in a team and interact with different areas;
* Analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Proactivity organization and good time management;
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (formerly the Office package): Word Excel and PowerPoint;

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
* Desirable: Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop Illustrator)
