About The Role
Weβre looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join our growing team!
In this newly-created role, you will execute and manage all aspects of our event marketing efforts. This includes coordinating and running events, managing sponsorships, and partnering with local nonprofits to drive awareness, engagement, and at the end of the day - Closed Won Business.
Our primary marketing KPI is revenue, and your projects will be geared toward attracting new customers and moving prospects through our sales pipeline.
This role is for a marketer who can approach in-person events with a strategic mindset, not an event planner looking to get into marketing.
This role is hybrid in Brooklyn, NY (where our headquarters is located)
As a Field Marketing Manager, your day-to-day will include:
- Building a framework/playbook for executing high-impact, local marketing programs that drive demand and support sales efforts
- Managing strategy, planning, and logistics for conferences (both external and internal), strategic dinners, and other in-person events
- Working closely with our Sales and BDR teams to ensure leads are followed up with and added to our pipeline in Salesforce
- Analyzing and reporting on the success of campaigns (revenue, pipeline, leads, etc.) and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure we're generating high ROI on these events
- Managing relationships with key partners, including nonprofits, sponsors, and industry associations to navigate sponsorship and co-marketing opportunities
- Managing event-related content deliverables (speaking sessions, social/email promotion, on-site printed materials, graphics, swag, etc.)
- Budget allowing, managing any necessary on-site staff to make sure our booth is set up properly and the event runs smoothly - we need you focused on the strategic aspects, not wearing a construction hat
- Managing costs and ensuring that all programs are executed on time and within budget
- Regular US and international travel throughout the year (roughly 8x for up to a week at a time)
You're likely to succeed if
- 3+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
- You are both a self-starter and a team player
- You are excited to learn and continuously improve
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excited to help build out a new function within a startup environment
