EverCommerce (EVCM) is seeking an IT Administrator to join our Corporate IT team in our Denver, CO headquarters. This individual will provide world-class customer service and IT support to the entire organization by responding to, investigating, and resolving various technology issues related to end-user software, hardware, connectivity, mobile devices, and more.

You lead with customer service and gain great satisfaction from helping others overcome technical roadblocks, empowering them to succeed at their jobs. You have awesome critical thinking abilities and know how to overcome challenging problems in complex and challenging situations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Executives and other staff with technology needs in person Monday - Friday, including new hire day 1 and white glove technical support, general break/fix, printer and video conferencing
• Triage and resolve incident and request tickets in Jira Service Management for employees in 7 countries
• Support end-users with MacOS and Windows devices, and all Office 365 applications
• Support onboarding and offboarding requests, including hardware procurement
• Co-manage end-user devices in Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro
• Partner with Managed Service Providers and Vendors to support the entire organization

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

• 3+ years of experience supporting end-users with Windows and MacOS devices
• 3+ years of experience handling IT support tickets in an ITSM ticketing system
• 2+ years of experience working with Office 365,
• 1+ years of experience working with Azure AD/Entra, Intune/Jamf Pro MDM
• Experience with ITIL framework strongly preferred
• Experience supporting end-users in software company preferred
• Experience with AI, Chat Bots, or Automation a major plus
• PCI-DSS and HIPAA environment experience a plus

Where: Denver, Colorado (Onsite, 5 days in office)
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role is based in Denver, Colorado, United States. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above
