Position Summary

Focus Financial Partners is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior level executives within the company. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an expert multi-tasker, not easily overwhelmed, and comfortable interfacing with all levels of internal management. This role will be responsible for managing calendars, travel, expenses, along with other projects as needed.

 

This role is based in Albany, NY, New York, NY, or Boston, MA.

 

Primary Responsibilities

· Manage and coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel for executives supported and when necessary, members of their team

· Ensure supported executives are prepared with all materials and information for meeting, events, and travel by compiling reports and/or presentations

· Set up and break down catering and facilities for meetings

· Ability to provide back up coverage for administrative team members in the office

· Prepare expense reports

 

Qualifications

· 1+ years administrative support experience within a fast-paced professional environment- financial services experience a plus

· Proactive, considers all scenarios, and gathers all pertinent information before communicating

· Strong attention to detail, follow-up and excellent organizational skills

· Ability to function professionally under pressure, while managing concurrent projects and deadlines

· Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $55,000-$65,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
