Executive Assistant - Espoo
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the Huhtamaki Administration and Support team. This position is a full-time permanent position and will be located in Espoo Huhtamaki Headquarters.
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the EVP, President of Fiber Foodservice Segment at Huhtamaki. You will ensure effective and efficient time management, communication, and collaboration, through calendar management, meetings & travel arrangements, and assist the EVP, President, Fiber Foodservice in the daily routines of his different roles.
Our ideal candidate has a proven track record with several years of experience as Executive Assistant; is customer service oriented, technically skillful, a great communicator, a fast learner who finds it easy to adapt, contributes to change and understands the value of teamwork, collaboration and confidentiality.
We are looking for a self-motivated Executive Assistant who takes pride in his/her role, who is capable in taking the administrative services to the next level and who will positively influence the environment. In this position, you will report to the Administration and Support team Manager who acts also as Executive Assistant to the President and CEO and is located in Huhtamaki HQ, Finland.
Requirements:

Preferably over 5 years of work experience in an Executive Assistant role in an international environment. Experience from working for a listed company will be seen as an advantage.

Suitable educational background, e.g., bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar

Customer and results orientated and systematic
-
Flexible, positive and inclusive mindset with can-do attitude
-
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are a must in this position

As a person you are equipped with good interpersonal skills, you are solution-oriented and highly motivated, and you enjoy working in a constantly changing and developing international business environment.

Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete work under time pressure

Ethical, trustworthy way to work with high integrity

Excellent written and spoken English, and great communication skills

Demonstrated proficiency in the use of MS Office tools and interest in digitalization
