JOB OVERVIEW
The Executive Business Partner will support the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). The ideal candidate will be a strategic thought partner with strong business judgment. Will provide a high-level partnership, which includes a balance of administrative processes as well as ongoing ad hoc and project/business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables, etc. Will use strategic leverage for the CRO to gain alignment with the leaders in the CRO organization, performing complex calendar analysis and looking at long-term planning. Must be able to work in a fast-moving environment, being comfortable with constant change, and keeping up with the needs of the CRO.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate complex calendars and heavy schedules for supported leadership, including strategic calendar analysis.
- Works closely and effectively with the Executive to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, with appropriate and timely follow-up
- Generates reports, handles multiple projects including preparing and reconciling expense reports, and may approve expense reports on behalf of their Executive as needed
- Complete projects and special assignments in a timely manner
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential information
- Coordinates and plans events to include catering, travel, creating of materials
- Supports meetings by scribing, acting on items, and following up. Will assist with the development of presentations
- Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies.
- Thematically / strategically set calendar cadences for the CRO
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of complete confidentiality
- Handle ad-hoc projects as needed
- High-level business acumen to make good judgment calls when needed
- Demonstrates good temperament when dealing with sensitive information consistently
- Providing strategic support to allow the exec to focus on their goals
- Assists in being proactive in problem-solving to avoid emergency situations
- Support org vision and culture acting as an extension of their Executive
- Works collaboratively with other EBP's in the company
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- 5+ years of executive business partner experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- High level of professionalism with effective verbal and listening, written, and communications skills with all levels of the company, along with external contacts, customers, partners, etc.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Exemplary organizational and project-management skills with demonstrated ability to respond quickly to changing priorities
- Self-motivated; takes initiative to maintain productivity with minimal oversight
- Some travel required
