Executive Chauffeur

Cottingham & Butler, a leading and innovative insurance brokerage firm, headquartered in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Full-Time Executive Chauffer to join our team. The Executive Chauffeur is responsible for providing chauffeur service to the management, staff, clients and guests of Cottingham & Butler. Work may involve longer days and occasional night, weekend and holiday work.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-class chauffeur service to management, staff, clients, and guests.
• Maintain a clean, fueled company vehicle and plan routes in advance.
• Radiate a pleasant, positive, and professional attitude, delivering excellent customer service.
• Coordinate schedules with Travel Coordinators.
• Be available via cell phone for rider communication.
• Assist with routine vehicle maintenance scheduling.
• Promptly report unexpected time-off needs (e.g., illness, funeral).
• Submit weekly job descriptions and expense forms to the Executive Assistant.

Requirements:

• Chauffeur License with an excellent driving record.
• Personable, courteous, and service-oriented.
• Represent the company positively to employees and guests.
