Job Description

ASRC Federal Technical Services is a premier provider of systems engineering, software engineering, system integration and product support services for Army C5ISR mission-critical systems.

We are seeking anExecutive Program Analysts tosupport Project Manager Intelligence Systems and Analytics (PM IS A) Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) by providing technical, acquisition, program management, financial, contract planning and business support services.

Roles/Responsibilities:

This position shall provide financial management, and technical expertise in the materiel acquisition process. This will include performing the following tasks:

• Prepare Budget Briefs.
• Prepare Congressional Staff information papers.
• Support the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submissions.
• Prepare the Congressional Budget Justification Books (CBJB).
• Coordinate the status of funds with Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology (ASA(ALT)), Department of the Army Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations (DA DCSOPS), and the program office.
• Assist in development of all cost documentation required for milestone decisions, including Cost Analysis Requirement Document (CARD), Program Office Estimate (POE) and Acquisition Program Baseline (APB), Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE).

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Direct experience with senior leader communication of complex technologies.
• A minimum of twenty (20) years' experience managing government programs to include budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements development.
• Ten (10) years of direct experience demonstrating verbal and written communication skills (e.g., preparing presentations and/or presenting briefings) allowing for interaction with SES, general officers or equivalent.
• Current TS/SCI Clearance.
