HVAC Service Technician Salary & Benefits • Performance Pay $80-$175K • Medical insurance • Dental, and life insurance • 401k Match • 1 week of Paid vacation • 6 Paid Holidays • 1 Floating Holiday to use during your Birthday month • Professional Development • Referral Program • Employee Discount Full Time:40+ Hours a week What will you be doing:(including but not limited to) HVAC Service Technicians • All HVAC Service Technician will travel to various sites to perform HVAC duties (and other duties as assigned) • Removing old systems • Performing routine maintenance • As an HVAC Service Technician you will be training junior team members • Communicating with clients and customers • Ordering and maintaining equipment • Meeting local HVAC codes What We Are Looking for in an HVAC Service Technician • Desire to learn and advance as an HVAC Service Technician • Attention to details • Project a positive and optimistic attitude • Valid driver's license • Ability to pass background and drug test • Minimum of 21 years of age Schedule: Monday-Friday with Rotating weekends #TXTRADES
