Experienced Special Projects Technician

We specialize in janitorial services, floor care, window washing, and various handyman maintenance projects for commercial properties. We are currently seeking an Experienced Special Projects Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in their craft and enjoys working on a variety of projects Responsibilities • Perform window washing services up to the 3rd floor using professional cleaning equipment - Execute specialized floor care, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction - Handle handyman maintenance tasks, such as minor repairs, power washing, light carpentry and general facility upkeep. - Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with industry standards - Operate and maintain commercial-grade cleaning equipment. - Communicate with team members and clients to ensure project expectations are met REQUIREMENTS: - Experience required in commercial window washing, including high-reach cleaning (up to 3rd floor) - Expertise in floor care, including VCT, tile, rout, and carpet maintenance - General handyman skills, with knowledge of facility maintenance and minor repairs -Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills -Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or lifts as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year Schedule: • Monday to Friday • Weekends as needed Work Location: On the road
