WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will be part of the Global ACG Brand Marketing function, reporting directly to the Sr. Global Brand Director - ACG. Your primary partners will be the Global Brand Creative Studio and Global Comms. You will also work with ACG teams across the organization (Design, Product, Marketplace, Merch) and globe (NA, EMEA, GC, APLA).

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're seeking a dynamic professional to be part of the ACG Brand Management team. We are curious, opportunists, communicators, explorers, creative multi-disciplinarians, futurists, and strategic connectors. We guide the art and science, merging with a deft hand, a confluence of creative acumen and strategic intent to create something uniquely modern.

You will be encouraged to clearly demonstrate and articulate experience in the below crucial requirements in order to be considered. Candidates that meet these criteria will then be assessed based on the proficiencies also outlined below:

  • A minimum of 8 years experience in brand and/or product functional management, with a strong focus on brand building and/or product marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a closely related field.
  • Global cultural marketing experience and a validated understanding of the forward-thinking outdoors consumer and marketplace, along with ACG's position within it.
  • Prior execution of cross-functional, brand building campaigns
  • Multidisciplinary background of creative marketing experience is also a plus

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
The day-to-day work will vary significantly, and therefore your style and influence will have to adapt accordingly. You are consistently collaborative and open to the opinions and expertise of those you engage with and adopt a multi-tasking approach.

  • Responsible for the ACG marketing journey and long-term brand plans, ensuring consistent brand positioning.
  • Collaboration and partnership with cross-functional teams as well as the ACG Brand Management team around the world (geo and city).
  • Developing and instilling process to bring ideas to the consumer and marketplace.
  • Partnering with cross-functional team on consumer and marketplace research and insights.
