We are now looking for an Expert, Invoice to Pay Process and Solutions Improvement for a permanent position to join our Source to Pay Operations team in UPM Business Hub, Wrocław, Poland.

What you will do

• Active support for global Cash Management and Accounts Payable area in terms of contribution to business processes and solution development projects

• Conduct and validate system and user acceptance testing in defined projects in all areas and solutions of Invoice to Pay

• Provide subject matter expertise for business ERP projects, migrations and integrations

• Participate in defining, developing and ensuring the implementation of policies, solutions and ways of working in Invoice to Pay

• Work closely with various UPM stakeholders from businesses, Treasury, Finance, IT and business partners to ensure proper flow of ongoing projects and initiatives in ITP area

• Participate in business process design reviews as per stakeholder needs and area of expertise

• Technical and process support in AP and Cash Management area globally

Who you are

• You have at least a Bachelor’s degree or other relevant professional qualification in related area and at least 5 years of work experience in P2P area; experience from working in a global organization is considered an asset

• You have good knowledge of SAP FICO (R/3 and/or S/4)

• You are proactive, service-oriented person with high communication skills

• You have capability to ensure compliance to internal and external requirements and you are able identify risks in your own area

• You have collaboration and team-working skills with flexible and positive attitude towards changes

• You have self-management skills and are not afraid to take initiative and challenge the status quo

• You have proven process development competences in Accounts Payables area, analytical skills with attention to details and hands-on skills to drive improvements

• You are fluent in English; other languages relevant in UPM major markets are considered an asset (e.g. German, Finnish and Spanish)

Source To Pay Operations is responsible for managing, operating and improving Source to Pay processes and solutions. We deliver end-to-end insights and dedicated services for UPM businesses and functions, and are focused on continuously improving process efficiency, quality and compliance.

In this role you will be contributing to multiple projects in Invoice to Pay area driven for UPM group and support process developments.
