Perform cosmetic and/or reconstructive surgical procedures.
Create personalized treatment plans and communicate them effectively to patients.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
Interest in the development of a busy clinical practice and the mentoring of residents and medical students.

Qualifications Required Qualifications:Medical Degree, MD or DO (or foreign equivalent). Board Certified/Board Eligible with the American Board of Otolaryngology. Meets the qualifications to practice medicine in the State of New York. Possess or be eligible for certification by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Preferred Qualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and educate patients effectively. An interest in research and scholarly activity is encouraged.
