The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for a variety of tasks related to maintaining and improving the company's facilities and equipment. The position assists in the day-to-day activities of the maintenance department. Provides support to the Engineering Manager with scheduling, planning, and coordinating the facility maintenance activities including site safety, equipment performance, facility projects, and cost goals.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience working in operations and maintenance of a multi-site commercial property.

• Strong communication skills and ability to deal tactfully and efficiently at all levels of the organization;
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Awareness of operational safety requirements in a critical environment and ability to apply and follow procedures and requirements per regulatory bodies;

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate's Degree preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $31.30This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
