Job Description:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Greet visitors and manage guest check-in and check-out procedures, including issuing visitor badges.
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is clean, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist with general maintenance tasks, including routine facility inspections and reporting any issues to management.
- Complete work orders and follow up on maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Schedule and oversee routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs as needed.

- Building security issues and access system maintenance.
- Receiving and shipping correspondence, distributing mail to employees.
- Moving furniture and equipment.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Experience in reviewing and repairing electrical and lighting installations.
- Experience in inspecting and controlling air conditioning units in office environments.
- Maintenance supply inventory control.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks, including plumbing, patching and painting, and scheduled door mechanism inspections.
- Control of physical keys.
- Basic knowledge of closed-circuit systems.
- Review and maintenance of the emergency power plant.
- Supervision of service providers.
