Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Facilities Team conduct facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing and/or real estate coordination. They work closely and provide advice and counsel to company and/or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of general administration support to the Company under Facilities.
- Manage and support daily operations with close collaboration with all functions team members
- Manage cost allocation, payments and preparing reports etc
- Manage office supplies & equipment purchasing, local & oversea mailing service, telecommunications, janitorial & office cleaning service, carpark allocation, company mobile phone program, etc
- Handle expats lease and related matters
- Manage office security related matters such as access control & CCTV system, visitor registration, etc
- Liaise with internal and external parties effectively
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and vendors, monitor and follow up the work progress and performance
- Liaise with other external agencies and service providers to deliver high quality of support services
- Liaise between tenants, landlord and contractors for planned maintenance
- Handle company travel program including airline and hotel RFP, concur system, employees' enquiries, etc
- Assist in procurement and tendering
- Assist in company enterprise risk & security matters, health & safety programs and substitutability initiatives / projects
- Assist in preparing annual budget and monitor its implementation
- Assist in office space management, office modification and renovation projects
- Coordinate and provide support to various company events and activities, such as annual party, festival parties, health & safety, wellness, corporate responsibilities, etc
- Provide support for various company committees and activities
- Supervise a reception in carrying out the duties
- Perform other ad-hoc duties or tasks as assigned
