• Integrates 4 MDs, 2 APCs, Registered Nurse, Clinic Assistants, and other support staff.
• Promotes a culture of patient-centeredness and staff resilience.
• Specialty Outreach Services: Weekly visits to the clinic, fostering close and collegial relationships with specialists.
• Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 36 patient contact hours per 1.0 FTE.
  • Opportunity to flex schedule for a day off weekly.
• Clinic Hours:7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday.
• Prenatal Patients: Opportunity to see prenatal patients if desired.
• Hospital Rounding: Option to join the Moose Lake Hospital rounding team in Moose Lake, MN, if desired.
• Medical Records: EPIC system.

• Cloquet, MN - Population: 12,000
• Clinic site is approximately 14 miles from Duluth – Population: 87,000

COMPENSATION

• $307,633. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
