This Tier-5 Rated Medical Home and outpatient facility in this Southern Oregon metro is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join their 33 and growing integrative medicine provider team. Practice and deliver holistic primary care via a patient centric model. Collaborate with a robust team consisting of primary care Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, Behavioral Health Specialists, Pharmacists, and more.

Opportunity

• 100% Outpatient Opportunity
• Flexible Schedule: 4 day work week with flexible hours (8-4, 9-5, or 10-6) and only 28 patient contact hours!
• Patient Expectations: 18-22 patients per day
• Optional Partnership Track
• 1 Dedicated Medical Assistant + Float Medical Assistant per provider

Compensation

• Guaranteed Base Salary + Quality and RVU Bonuses: Proven $275,000 Year 1
• Sign On + Relocation Bonuses Provided
