Family Medicine Program Director

Position Highlights: 

• The AdventHealth Family Medicine Residency Program in East Orlando, Florida, is an ACGME accredited program with Osteopathic Recognition that has been training residents for 50 years. 
• The role emphasizes servant leadership, supporting others, operating transparently, and making  thoughtful, sound decisions. 
• Being familiar with working in a matrixed organization and taking a collaborative approach is  beneficial. Participation in scholarly activity is expected. 
• A key aspect of the position is fostering the professional growth of residents throughout their three year residency. 
• The hospital leadership is very supportive of the program and the program director. 
• The role involves guiding a team of 9 faculty members, of which two are recent graduates. The other  faculty members have 5 to 10 years of experience in teaching. 
• You will need to have prior experience in mentoring and supporting faculty development. • Must be a Doctor of Osteopathy with Family Medicine 

Compensation & Benefits: 

• Salary: $284,642 to $306,141I 
• Incentive up to 6%: $17,079 to $18,368 
• Total Compensation: $301,200 to $324,510 
• Signing bonus: Up to 10% of Total Compensation 
• Relocation: Either allowance or reimbursement
